We have stay here for years and many times. People are friendly. Good breakfast. We had problems with the cool air or hot air in the room. They always so nice to change us rooms right away.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly and prompt staff along with a clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The theme is a modern take and definitely comfortable. Good traditional breakfast and right beside a tasty pizza restaurant named la Sierra. All in all am enjoyable stay and definitely recommend.
We stayed here while we were in the area and it was a great place to stay. Very clean, and the service was good. It’s located within walking distance of several restaurants and a coffee shop, which was really convenient. They also offer a quality breakfast that was well beyond the typical scrambled eggs and cereal. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re in the area.
This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in, food is not expensive at all yet is great, everything is quite clean, overall such a great place to stay.
We were just here for one night and had a great time! We got a suite, so our room was quite spacious with a king and a queen bed. Pool is awesome - perfect for kids, not too deep, and nice and warm. Hot tub is great too. Breakfast was superb: chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, atole, beans, rajas, fruit, yogurt and the usual cereals/bread. Thanks for a lovely mini-vacation!
I will absolutely visit this hotel again. The rooms were clean the beds were clean the location is perfect, La Sierra in walking distance to grab dinner and then Macaron and Bakery for that morning coffee. Although not necessary because the breakfast alone the hotel had was worth the stay.
My first time staying with you, but I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness. One thing that really impressed me was that just about all the staff knew some English. The only thing I could say on the negative side is I wish they would have given me a break on the room price since it was the only room they had left. I'm from northern Alberta and had just gotten out of rehab. I was there from May 29 to June 1st 2019. Beautiful motel.
